We are Michael and Amy Foy, a married couple from Chicago, IL. Our passion for unique furniture and lighting design stems from our combined diverse backgrounds.
A little history….
Michael, a two time Good Design Award winner, is an experienced R&D and manufacturing engineer and industrial designer with 25 years of unique designs for private home and commercial clients in the lighting and furniture industries including Holly Hunt & Tech Lighting.
Amy, also a Good Design Award winner, has a background that includes two decades of retail management specializing in visual merchandising and new store openings. Prior to her retail career, Amy owned a high end specialty interior painting company in the Chicago market. The passion for color and design naturally lent itself to becoming an interior design advisor with clients in multiple states.

Combine the two and you end up with a shelving unit that is ultimately practical & beautiful at the same time.

Adjust Shelving is produced by craftsmen who make and finish the wooden shelves by hand in our workshop outside Chicago IL. We appreciate the importance of buying a quality product that greatly impacts the look of your home.
